A Spacious Family Home Oozing with Character

The luxury of this house is evident from its main facade, thanks to the imposing size of its construction, with multiple levels that create many balconies and terraces to enjoy the wonderful scenery that surrounds it. It looks like a mansion, and to add to it, its exclusive location on an elevated area surrounded by hills is simply enviable. 

Around the house, there is enough space to create a privacy barrier. There is space for everything, including vehicles, which can be parked inside the garage. Access to the garage is marked by a route marked with cement drawn on the extensive lawn.

The house has three floors, with the lower one allocated for the garage. The ground floor is reserved for the most social-oriented areas of the home such as the living room, dining room, kitchen, and sanitary facilities. Upstairs there are the bedrooms, which is the most private level of the house.

You could not expect less inside the house. The living room spoils us with more luxury, with fine furniture that adorn the space composed of white walls with internal trimmings and a fine wood floor. The dominant style is eclectic, with its mix and match  of different styles of furniture, which gives it a fun and relaxed touch but without losing a single centimeter of luxury. Overall, it is a unique place with a very original interior design, which also enjoys excellent views to the outside, thanks to the huge glass squad that lets you enjoy the scenery outside.

Pictured here, we see the dining room, located in an area with abundant natural light. The traditional style is evident here thanks to its wooden furniture and a splash of vibrant color that gives it more life. In the kitchen we come upon a design that blends luxury, rusticity and modernity, thanks to its counter top covered with black granite, supported by wooden furniture, and complemented by beautiful cabinets and drawers. Simple lines give shape to this modern kitchen, which has spacious food preparation areas and modern equipment as well, making it fully functional and convenient when cooking for family, loved ones and guests. The huge kitchen island in the middle of the kitchen is ideal for having meals and enjoying the garden. 

With regards to the staircase area, again it is clear that elegance and luxury are fundamental in the design of this fantastic residence. A  staircase made from concrete covered in marble gives a unique touch of sophistication to the space, combining perfectly with the white finish and being complemented by the wall covered in orange stone. The result is a sense of homely warmth with a spicy Mexican flavour. Finally, to add functionality to this beautiful space, shelves have been integrated into the stairway area. 

We finish with a nocturnal view of this magnificent dwelling. The outdoor artificial lighting allows for a completely different perception, making for a more intimate view of this sophisticated and modern building. The lights are distributed punctually around facade, thus creating a unique and dynamic effect of contrasts between light and shadow. This approach also allows us to observe a large terrace on the upper level, which forms a perfect outdoor setting to enjoy the sun and the nature around.
