Neil's contribution to our self build house helped to provide a clear and reasonably smooth process through planning & building control. Good service throughout our build . Happy to use again

From the start, Neil demonstrated that that he clearly understood the requirements for our house extension. His initial site visit was followed up with various design/layout options which we were encouraged to comment on etc as required. Visualisation of these was greatly aided by the 3D modelling software used. Having agreed the proposed design, Neil took care of planning and building regs - both of which went smoothly. He then handled the tendering process and had regular site inspections throughout the actual build. He showed a professional and approachable manner throughout, and his calm efficient approach to the whole process (especially given the challenges of COVID restrictions etc) was appreciated. Details and finishes etc suggested by Neil have all contributed to a finished extension we are very happy with. Happy to recommend.

We have had the pleasure of getting to know Neil at MMR, his easy manner and deep understanding of his craft has made our navigation through the sometimes choppy waters of Planning and Building control smooth sailing.
