This company assisted me with a leaky vent on my roof and was the only company willing to help. They came right away to look at it and gave me a date to repair. They came a few days earlier to beat the storm and I was grateful. They repaired the roof with no issues and went above and beyond. Terrible, we scheduled an appointment for Friday or Saturday. No one showed up, no text, phone call, email, smoke signals, pigeon..... nothing. Terrible service.
Guillermo and team realized that our gutters had been installed incorrectly decades ago, something missed by two other roofing companies. He told us that replacing them would help with water in the basement.
His team fixed it quickly, working over the holiday weekend. I asked for a few changes to the outflow, which they did the same day. Six months later, Guillermo was correct, our basement has been dry ever since! Excellent work.

Thanks for the quick turn around.We had a roof leak coming to our kitchens ceiling and we had no idea where it’s coming from.Had 2 different companies come out and I still wasn’t convinced that they were suggesting the right repairs.Chris came out and said they could fix it for their minimum service appointment charge which I thought was pretty reasonable.
It’s been two weeks since the repair took place and it rained heavily the past couple day ..voila ... no more leaks.
These guys run a terrific and honest operation. Got an estimate on wood gutter removal and seamless aluminum gutter installation the same day I called and after had a crew perform the work just a couple days after scheduling. Job was high quality, crew was professional, and all in all would definitely hire BRG again for anything pertaining to my house's exterior.
