Fantastic customer service - nothing is too much trouble. This is a lovely site with loads of things that I want!
I had an issue with a parcel that had been damaged in transit - the company immediately arranged a replacement and kept in contact until it had been delivered.
I will most certainly use this site again and highly recommend it !
Terrible customer service. Ordered a first Christmas book and nowhere did it state it would not arrive before Christmas. I didn’t not receive by 23rd and was concerned. Only update was despatch delayed. Shocking response times. Terrible customer service in general. Do not use this company as they are so unreliable. Also Christmas book arrived 30th December and is such poor quality
Awful customer service. Paid for next day delivery for an item and it never arrived. I have contact the company twice now and no response. I have asked for a refund and no response. I am now reporting the Letteroom to the credit card company to start recovering my money.
I have ordered twice from this company (my mistake to give them the benefit of the doubt the second time). Very slow, first order took months even with chasing, very slow to respond and didn't seem to care. Paid for fast delivery second time, did not arrive in timescales stated and very dismissive reply to my complaint, gift did not arrive in time for the event or was for. Don't bother with this company.
I ordered a personalised item for a gift and it arrived quickly and is absolutely beautiful. Very good quality and incredible value for money. I hope I can buy more from them soon. Thank you!
I order a lovely train breakfast set for Xmas. Unfortunately this did not arrive. The Customer care team was great once they returned to the officer on 4th Jan and advised a few days later that it had been returned to them. They resent the item again and their own costs and we love it. Thank you and I will be purchasing further items from you without hesitation. :)
Absolutely appalling customer service. Very rude male on the phone this afternoon who had absolutely no time whatsoever for me. I purchased 2 initial coat hooks some time ago online. The delivery address linked to my account was incorrect so I immediately emailed to let them know. I received a personal confirmation email back saying that they had acknowledged the change of address request and that my paid for items would indeed, be posted to the correct address. Low and behold, what has happened??... the items have been posted to the incorrect address - which we have not lived in for 3 years and have no way of accessing as it is a secure Military Unit some distance away. I phoned to query this and was very rudely spoken to and basically told that I had no choice but to accept the loss of £35 unless the item could be returned to them. Obviously, this is not possible for my reasons stated above plus I received written confirmation of my change of address so quite rightly expected to receive the product I had purchased. Disgusting.

Really awful, rude company. We bought a personalised jigsaw with a missing piece. Granted it was late being noticed as we only got it out at lockdown. It was really important we completed it as my husband has stage 4 pancreatic cancer. Wrote to them explaining why, ignored pursued and got incredibly rude response, not prepared to negotiate in anyway and very, very rude response. Really upsetting - bought from NOTS and expected a company with integrity - not so. These reviews at least mean the it isn’t just us but awful, awful,awful

An appalling product with the worst customer service ever experienced.
Took many weeks to arrive.
No acknowledgement to our complaint and a refusal to refund postage on a heavy item.
Thankfully we purchased from John Lewis rather than directly from The Letteroom.
John Lewis are arranging a courier to collect this item and will refund due to the terrible quality.
A brief summary of the faults.
Scratches and swirling all over the Perspex. Grease marks on the back of the picture.
Damage to the picture frame.
Crayons not cut in a straight line.
Melted crayon.
Dollops of glue visible on each end.
Scraps of crayon paper left within the picture frame.
£60 in no way reflected the item we received.
Please do not waste your money on this product.
We were very disappointed from start to finish.
