Very bad experience.....fraud company
Fraudulent company. They will quote u for a different material and fix something else. Promise u to fix it and then there’s no contact. I am an architect and have worked with this team. Stay away if u want to save money and time.
Good in designs and within time frame completed my interiors.
Me and my family are 100% satisfied with the services provided for our Kitchen, and interior works of our House at kuthuparamba. We had a very long many days of discussions with interior designer Mr Anand & sales team .The entire staff was so much helpful adjusting and supportive and we didn't face any difficulties at any stage. Worst company with no proper management , delayed our work more than 3 months . Forced to change housewarming dates thrice . Quality wise also not satisfied definitely not recommended. Staffs complaints about not getting paid
It was a very good experience with space interiors.The design part is highly appreciable.The product quality ,professional installation and integration put together made the final output marvellous .Post installation service and support is extremely good
Had my worst experience, those who are assigning them as the designers for their home beware about their adamant behavior and non coordinated works. Three persons were changed as the point of contact due to persons leaving their organization and each one was contradicting with the previous one. They claimed to have visited the site but detail discussion revealed that designer had never visited the site.
Had meeting with them for 4 times to explain the requirements, each times different designer will take your requirement, and another person will design who comes-up with totally different idea than that covered in discussion. Even after explaining the changes required hesitance was evident in adopting those, and when stressed they were trying to convince as they have to start from scratch again and further payment has to be done. It was like fooling the customer and layman client will easily yield to their argument.
If you have some ideas about your own interiors I recommend not to go ahead with them, if you are totally dark about your interiors then you may go ahead that too with no much expectations about changing the first look presented to you, unless you are ready to pay as per their piece meal ideas.

Now let me elaborate on those points you mentioned in your reply.
If at all there had been a site visit, then who has visited hasn't conveyed it correctly to the design team. The design proposed by the assigned designer hasn't considered the floor plan correctly and has ignored some of its features, which means the site visit was not effective, which in-turn led to revisions. As a design firm, it is to be understood that revisions will be there and it is not a thing to get agitated.
Incorrect statements from coordinator like further revisions require complete rework with an intention to deceit layman customers. Coordinator was also ignorant about the meeting that client had with their team, and was referring to earlier meetings for arriving at his conclusions.
From your above response itself, it is clear that the focus is on getting payments only and not on client requirements or quality of deliverables. Please refer to your own payment terms. The balance payment will be due only after completion of the design (as per your offer dtd 18. 08. 2021, clarification meeting held on 18-10-2021 and as per its MoM shared with space)
Finally, surprising to note that the networks of the telecom companies, whatsapp or e-mails were not efficient for months, and this open review was required for getting some communication from your end. In this era of communication, better excuses need to be tried. Anyway there is nothing stopping you from taking free bread.
