After a difficult start and some misunderstanding, Leon took charge and we have an amazing awning and beautiful blinds. Suggested improvement is to improvement customer communication but also communication between team members and to focus on getting it right first time. No project is straightforward and my mews refurbishment certainly was not but I appreciated the effort to find solutions and ability to source the Luxaflex blinds and Markilux awning that we wanted.

Leon and team are very experience in electric blinds and have provided us very good service installing roller blinds and pleated blinds. I would definitely recommend them if you are considering any electric blinds with or without home automation requirement for your project.

Despite some issues with our order (wrong sizes and missing items), this was acknowledged and rectified quickly despite being close to Christmas. The installers were friendly and professional, overall whilst there could be some improvement with logistics I am happy with the service and quality of the product.
