I recently had a wonderful experience using ‘Naiad Irrigation Systems Ltd’ for winterizing our underground sprinklers. They were wonderful to deal with! Friendly staff- the booking rep was amazing to deal with. They send you updates and ETAs. They were worried about the colder weather and moved my appt up to accommodate. So easy to deal with. Just overall a great experience. I’ll be booking in the future!
Excellent administration and scheduling, came on an earlier day because they were watching weather closely and wanted to get irrigation winterized before temperatures dipped, notified me by text before coming and who was coming, plus Lonny the technician was super knowledgeable and helpful and showed up with good equipment. Price was competitive. Highly recommend and seemed very pro.
We've used Naiad for 3 years now for both our fall irrigation blow-outs as well as the repair & replacement of many of our defective sprinkler heads. They're well-priced, respectful, and always on-time. Greatly appreciate that they're always willing to provide recommendations on corrections and/or repairs without being pushy about their services.
